There are people who teach us a subject. Others teach us how to thinking differently, questioning, evolving and discovering new possibilities. No. World Teachers' Day, We celebrate all those who make knowledge a tool for growth and transformation.

At Prooptica, we believe that continuous learning is essential to keep up with an industry that is constantly evolving. It was also with this vision that Prooptica was born. Prooptica Academy, a project developed in partnership with DevelopGrow, which seeks to bring together knowledge, experience and professional development.

Learning to continue evolving

The optical sector is constantly transforming. New technologies, different consumer behaviors, evolving management, new ways of communicating and selling, and increasingly demanding challenges compel companies and professionals to maintain a constant attitude of learning.

The Prooptica Academy it arises precisely for this purpose: to create training opportunities that go beyond technical knowledge and contribute to the development of professionals and their businesses.

In partnership with DevelopGrow, We have been creating moments of learning, sharing and reflection, bringing together experts, trainers and professionals from different areas relevant to the present and the future of the sector.

The teacher as a starting point for change

Behind every formation there is someone willing to share knowledge.

A good teacher does not limit themselves to imparting content. It challenges, inspires, asks questions, shares experiences and helps us find new perspectives. Often, an idea discussed in a training room transforms into a decision, a change in process, or a new way of leading a team or managing a business.

It is precisely this practical and human dimension of learning that we seek to value at Prooptica Academy: creating knowledge that can be taken out of the classroom and become part of professional daily life.

Knowledge that also brings people closer together

The formation has another fundamental dimension: It brings people together.

Each session is an opportunity to exchange experiences, learn about different realities, discuss common challenges, and learn not only from those who teach, but also from those who are by our side.

It is this combination between training, experience, sharing and networking that transforms learning into a collective process and allows knowledge to continue growing even after a class has ended.

Thank you to those who teach us to go further

In this World Teachers' Day, We would like to thank all the teachers and trainers who have been part of this project. Prooptica Academy and that, together with Prooptica and DevelopGrow, they share their knowledge, experience and time with our professionals.

Because investing in knowledge is also investing in the future of people, companies and the entire sector.

Today we celebrate those who teach. Every day we continue to learn.
