{"id":5999,"date":"2022-10-17T16:17:37","date_gmt":"2022-10-17T16:17:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prooptica.pt\/?p=5999"},"modified":"2023-02-01T15:34:16","modified_gmt":"2023-02-01T15:34:16","slug":"prooptica-signs-cooperation-protocol-with-brejao-cultural-centre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.prooptica.pt\/en\/prooptica-assina-protocolo-de-cooperacao-com-centro-cultural-do-brejao\/","title":{"rendered":"Prooptica signs cooperation protocol with Brej\u00e3o Cultural Centre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Prooptica, in partnership with <span style=\"color: #52a0d7;\"><a style=\"color: #52a0d7;\" href=\"https:\/\/amaliarodrigues.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Am\u00e1lia Rodrigues Foundation<\/a><\/span>on 16 October signed a Cooperation Protocol with the <span style=\"color: #52a0d7;\"><a style=\"color: #52a0d7;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cm-odemira.pt\/pages\/470?poi_id=64\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Brej\u00e3o Cultural Centre<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative is part of a policy of social responsibility that Prooptica has been pursuing for several years with various institutions that support children and young people at risk. This support, which was recently extended to the senior population, will guarantee access to diagnostic screenings and the supply of frames and lenses to around 70 people at socio-economic risk in the municipality of Odemira.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Vision Screening<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The cooperation agreement provides for vision screenings for a period of two years, which will be carried out by the Am\u00e1lia Rodrigues Foundation in conjunction with Prooptica, which is counting on the collaboration of its clients and friends who share the same social responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>The first screenings have the kind co-operation of <span style=\"color: #52a0d7;\"><a style=\"color: #52a0d7;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ProLente\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Prolente<\/a><\/span>Rui Teixeira, who will carry out the optometry consultations and provide all the technical equipment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>About the partnership with the Am\u00e1lia Rodrigues Foundation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Signed in August 2019, the cooperation protocol between Prooptica and the Am\u00e1lia Rodrigues Foundation for the line <strong><em>Amalia <\/em><\/strong>eyewear, aims to preserve the legacy of Am\u00e1lia Rodrigues.
