Prooptica took part in the 33rd edition of the Expo Optics which took place from 1 to 3 April 2022 at IFEMA Madrid, at the same time as OPTOM (International Congress of Optometry, Contactology and Ophthalmic Optics). This was the company's first participation in what is the most important trade fair for the sector on the Iberian Peninsula and it was well attended by both Spanish and Portuguese opticians, as a result of the consolidation, recognition and strong commitment to Portuguese brands on the Iberian market.

During the fair, and as a reinforcement of its current market strategy, Prooptica signed a collaboration agreement with the renowned fashion designer Juan DuyosDuyos Eyewear, one of the most prominent names in Spanish fashion, has been awarded Best Collection several times at Madrid Fashion Week. This collaboration will see the launch of the Duyos Eyewear line and its distribution on the Iberian market in September this year.
