Women's Day was celebrated on 8 March, a day that represents a day of struggle for equal civil rights. A day that reminds us of all the social, political and economic achievements that have already been made and warns us that there is still much to be done to improve the conditions for equal rights for women.

Prooptica is a company with this concern always in mind, and 50% of the team are women, with the majority holding senior and management positions. Women's leadership is a reality at Prooptica! Competent, resilient, intelligent and irreverent, they contribute greatly to the success of our organisation.

Every year we celebrate Women's Day, honouring the women who make up this team and who fight every day for the growth and evolution of the company. On this very special day, our women were able to enjoy a great relaxing massage during their working day.
